Centerline Productions / www.DungeonMaidens.com is a closely held company not liable or under the control of multiple partners, stockholders, banks or any outside interests who may affect issues of consumer privacy and corporate stability.

For us, privacy and individual freedom of choice are the foundational principals of this company and as such we will never sell, give away or otherwise transfer any of the private and confidential information that any of our valued customers share with us.

All goods ordered from us will be shipped in plain packaging with the return address shown as a post office box only. There will be no indication that the contents are of an adult nature. The DVD cases are unmarked and the DVD itself has only the initials of the movie title written on it for identification by the consumer only, this is done to protect the identity of the product.

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with our website or movie contents. We will however, quickly replace at no expense to you any physically defective DVD or download purchased from us.
